Ensuite, il faut passer le disque offline :

megacli -pdoffline -physdrv[32:1] -a0

Le marquer comme absent :

megacli -PDMarkMissing -physdrv[32:1] -a0

Préparer le disque pour le retirer :

megacli -PdPrpRmv -physdrv[32:1] -a0

Remplacer physiquement le disque et voir la progression du rebuild :
